SAP Labs Recruitment Process 2020 for Freshers
I’m fresher and placed in SAP Labs through the college placement. SAP Labs visited our campus.
Undoubtedly, it is one of the best companies to work for whether you are experienced or fresher.
Here, I’m sharing my experience and complete SAP Labs recruitment process and interview experience.
SAP Labs interviews are tough as compare to the other companies visited our campus.
SAP Labs Recruitment Process 2019/2020
To hire a fresher candidate, they usually conduct a minimum of 4 rounds.
- Online Aptitude Test
This test consists of questions based on Maths, Reasoning, Programming and Data structure. The difficulty level is a little bit tough. You should have a clear understanding of the basic programming concept.
- Two Technical Rounds
This round will be tough. The number of technical rounds may vary based upon your performance in the interview.
- One Managerial or HR Interview
Overall if you ask me, all the rounds are very tough.
How to prepare for SAP lab written a test and technical interview?
Follow these resources…
- Practice solving coding interview questions. This will clear your programming doubts.
- Learn the shortcut to solve Aptitude questions.
- Though the HR round is formal. You can not take the risk. Be prepared for all the basic HR interview questions.
To crack SAP Labs online test and interview, you should have excellent knowledge of programming languages, algorithms. Keep all the basic knowledge from the subjects that you have learned in your college life.
How much salary SAP Labs offer to the freshers?
SAP offers a very attractive package to the freshers. At my time the package was INR 7.5 lakh per anum (LPA) which includes basic and flexible pay. This is a very good package for freshers even if you compare it to packages offered by other product-based companies.
