I am sharing my Mu Sigma Placement Paper and Pattern. This is my experience attending Mu Sigma hiring drive for freshers.
Job Profile is Trainee Software Engineer and Trainee Decision Scientist.
Only BE and BTech graduated are eligible to attend this drive.
Any Branch student can apply for Mu Sigma. You should have 60% throughout all your examinations for eligibility and to attend Mu Sigma drive.
There were questions from Aptitude and a little bit of simple coding related questions.
Questions and Detail Paper Pattern:
There were total 42 questions from different sections as bellow.

A video clip was shown and the importance of it was to be written down. Once you understand the theme of the video clip, you can easily write some important points.
I found this round something different from all other companies placement procedure.
There were two rounds of Group Discussion. This round is to check your communication skills. For them, it is round to eliminate candidates.
Some candidates were also asked for HR round. Though it was just a formality, don’t take it lightly. At least you can prepare for some common questions usually asked in many of HR intereviews.
Before joining Mu Sigma company, read all the documents and offer letter carefully. Sometimes, they ask you to sign the bond for 2-3 years. They also have 6 months notice period. Mu Sigma is a really good company to start your career in India. If you are ok with the bond, don’t think much and just accept the offer.
