Hi Everyone, myself Payal Mandulkar, sharing my placement experience with Altiux Innovations Pvt Ltd. I am perceiving M.TECH (IT-NETWORKING).
They visited our VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology), Tamilnadu, campus.
Company Name: Altiux Innovations Pvt. Ltd.
This opportunity was for an internship as a Java developer.
After resume based shortlist procedure, there is Group Discussion followed by two Technical and one HR round.
For group discussion, they gave technical topics only.
We have to start the GD immediately they disclosed the topic name. They have not allotted time span to think and take points.
There were near about 10 members in each group. They test your technical knowledge as well as communication skills, listening ability, confidence etc.
What are the GD topics given in Altiux?
There were different topics for each group. For our group, they gave “JAVA” as a discussion topic. For one more group, the topic was “internet”.
Sorry other topics I don’t know but you can prepare on technical topics related to IT.
After GD, we have to go through two TECHNICAL rounds.
There was Full Coding in both the rounds.
For me, they asked to write 3 programs on a paper and then told me to explain it.
Note: You can write the program in C as well. But they want Java people so go for Java if you are comfortable with.
To crack this round, learning Java Programming is mandatory as this internship profile was for Java developer.
They will check your coding logic.
After that, they checked my resume and asked about my projects and all about resumes.
If you are preparing for Altius Placement, focus on important coding questions such as program related to string, array, pointers etc.
